This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which you may return physical products, request refunds for digital products, and exercise your statutory rights as a consumer in the United Kingdom.
1. Your Statutory Rights
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. If a product is faulty, not as described, or not of satisfactory quality, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund regardless of the time limits stated below.
2. Physical Products
Physical products sold by Sievevital include the Daily Momentum Journal, Streak Tracker Workbook, Annual Habit Blueprint Kit, and any printed components included in bundle orders.
Cancellation period
If you are a consumer purchasing online, you have the right to cancel your order within fourteen days of receiving the goods without giving any reason, in accordance with UK distance selling regulations. The cancellation period expires fourteen days from the day on which you, or a third party indicated by you (other than the carrier), acquire physical possession of the goods.
Return conditions
To exercise your right of cancellation, you must inform us of your decision by contacting contact@sievevital.shop or calling +442034880210 before the cancellation period expires. To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the fourteen-day period has expired.
Returned items must be in their original condition, unused and unmarked, with all packaging intact. Journals and workbooks that have been written in, marked, or otherwise used beyond reasonable inspection cannot be returned unless they are faulty.
Return shipping
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning goods to our address at 34, New House, 67-68 Hatton Garden, London EC1N 8JY, United Kingdom, unless the product is faulty or we have agreed otherwise. We recommend using a tracked delivery service and retaining proof of postage.
Refund timeline
If you cancel within the statutory period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including standard delivery costs, without undue delay and no later than fourteen days from the day we receive the returned goods or evidence that you have sent them back. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods or you have supplied evidence of having sent them back. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
3. Digital Products
Digital products include fillable PDF guides, rhythm guide downloads, supplementary templates, and any electronic components delivered via email or download link after purchase.
Digital cancellation
By purchasing and accessing digital content, you acknowledge that delivery begins immediately upon purchase. If you wish to cancel a digital product order, you must contact us before downloading or accessing the files. Once digital content has been delivered and accessed, the right of cancellation may be lost, provided you gave explicit consent to immediate delivery and acknowledged that you would lose your cancellation right.
Digital defects
If a digital product is corrupted, incomplete, or materially different from its description, contact us within thirty days of purchase. We will provide a replacement file or issue a full refund at our discretion.
4. Faulty or Damaged Items
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or not as described, contact us within forty-eight hours of delivery with photographs of the damage and your order reference. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including return shipping costs where applicable. Faulty items may be returned at any time within the period permitted by the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
5. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to swap a product for a different item from our range, please return the original product in accordance with this policy and place a new order for the desired product. 6. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned unless faulty:
- Products that have been personalised or custom-printed at your request.
- Digital products that have been downloaded or accessed after purchase with your consent to immediate delivery.
- Products returned without original packaging or in a condition that prevents resale.
- Items returned after the applicable return window without a valid fault claim.
7. How to Initiate a Return

8. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within the timeframe stated above, first check with your bank or payment provider, as processing times vary. If you have confirmed the refund was issued and still have not received it, contact us at contact@sievevital.shop and we will investigate promptly.
9. Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be granted in cases where returned items show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, where original packaging is missing, or where only part of a bundle is returned. The partial amount will be calculated based on the condition and completeness of the returned goods.
